"feel too much" is a 48"x 24" original acrylic painting on canvas.  This piece has a glossy finish (coated with uv resistant resin).

Part of the "Feel" series, this piece came from a place of exasperation and frustration.  Women are under significant pressure to not let themselves express real emotions.  Women are expected to strike this perfect balance of not overly emotional, and not icy and detached.  When they do express themselves they're "crazy" "loud" "annoying" "needy" etc, when they don't, they're "an ice queen", "unapproachable", "cruel".  At some point, everything that's bottled up is bound to burst forth in a moment of exasperation.
