Part of the "Feel" series, this piece reflects on how women (particularly women of color) are told how to behave to better appeal to men, told how they could handle things better, told how to be softer so they don't make waves and don't upset anyone.  Many women experience a loss of self trying to navigate a world that is engineered to turn them into something they're not.
