PAINTING COMMISSION  PROCESS

Here's what it typically looks like to commission a custom painting project from me.

Step 1: Consultation + Quote

Before I provide a quote, I gather information about the painting request, including:
- Height + width measurements
- Location (Necessary for shipping quote, unless local!)
- Color preferences
- Reference photos

Once I have the information I need, I provide a quote.  After receiving the agreed-upon deposit, we can move on to step 2!

Step 2: Custom Design / Mockup

At this stage, I create a digital illustration of the painting. I can superimpose on a photo of the wall as well, showing what the finished painting will look like in your home!

Three (3) rounds of edits are included in the price of the painting, so we can make changes to the design until it's perfect!  Each commission is different, so this step is always truly custom tailored to ensure client satisfaction.

My fidelity from mockup to finished painting is near identical - so if you love the mockup, you'll absolutely love the painting!

Step 3: Paint + Ship

Finally, the fun part!  Once a mockup is approved, I mix custom color paints, and get to painting.

Upon completion, the remaining payment is due, and I can ship the new piece to it's new, loving home!
